The Home Solar Accelerator is a program of The Atmospheric Fund (TAF). TAF is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Ontario's Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).

When you fill out the intake form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and information about your home - address, roof type, energy use, and similar details. We collect this to match you with qualified solar installers, prepare your solar reports, compare quotes on your behalf, and send you guidance by email as you move through the process.

We limit collection to what's needed to deliver the service. We explain our intended use of your information before or at the time of collection.

The accuracy of your solar reports and quotes depends on the information you provide. Please make sure details about your home - roof condition, energy use, address - are as accurate and complete as you can make them.

The advisory service is delivered by Glean, a solar guidance company operating under the Home Solar Accelerator brand. Your information is shared with Glean's advisory team for this purpose. When it's time to get quotes, property-level details are shared with installers in our network. Your name, email, and phone number are not shared with installers unless you authorize it.

Email communications are sent through Active Campaign on behalf of the Home Solar Accelerator.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the link at the bottom of any message. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Information is retained only as long as required for stated purposes.

Visitors can browse this website anonymously. TAF logs HTTP requests and records visitor IP addresses, but cannot identify individuals from this information alone. TAF does not use cookies on this site. Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement.
